The first training on Geo-informatics applications for resource management conducted by the Institute of Forest Management (IFM), TUM School of Life Sciences Weihenstephan, Technical University of Munich (TUM) experts (Dr. Thomas Schneider, Dr. Mengistie Kindu, Dr. Martin Döllerer) between 30^th September and 4^th October 2019. Training hosted by the Ethiopian Environment and Forest Research Institute (EEFRI), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Participants were research staff members of EEFRI from 7 centers across the country; Addis Ababa (two centers), Mekele, Bahir Dar, Jimma, Hawassa, Dire Dawa; and two from other institutes.
