Stefan Pieczonka honored by VMBL.

For his doctoral thesis on the (ultra)high-resolution mass spectrometric analysis of beers, our PostDoc Stefan Pieczonka was honored by the Weihenstephan Dairy, Bio and Food Technologists Association (VMBL). At the VMBL autumn meeting on 12.10., he was awarded a prize endowed with two thousand euros. The association is committed to the academic exchange of former Weihenstephan graduates and provides exciting insights into current research and industrial practice in food production at its conferences. We congratulate Mr Pieczonka on this honour!
