On the Trail of German Purity Law – New Publication!
Our newest publication, together with Helmholtz Center Munich, traces the metabolic signature of hundreds of beers and shows on a molecular level the differences between barley, wheat, corn and rice beers. Covered by a large media echo (e.g. Daily Mail or Tech News) this research bears new possibilities for quality control in the brewing industry.
