6th International Vitamin Conference (IVC) in Copenhagen

Between 22nd and 24th of September 2021, Copenhagen hosted the sixth International Vitamin Conference (IVC). Our group was present with talks by PhD students Mengle Wang, Lisa Obermaier and Nadine Weber. Weber presented a human study on folates in blood samples, as well as studies on the folate content of edible insects. Obermaier complemented these remarks on folates by showing her results on vitamin B9 in Brazilian foods. Wang presented her stable isotope dilution assay of vitamin B12 in meat.
