Congratulations on passing the PhD examination!

Since her Bachelor's Thesis, Sophie has been a vital part of our chair. With her dissertation on "LC-MS/MS based multi-mycotoxine analytics to determine the behaviour of Alternaria toxins during the malting and brewing process" Sophie contributed substantially to the safety of bavarian beer, thus deserving a special and warm "Thank you" - also for the long-standig good work at our chair.
