Prof. Huang from National University of Singapore (NUS) has been appointed Visiting Professor at TUM


We are pleased to announce that our NUS cooperation partner, Prof. Dr. Dejian Huang, has been awarded a Visiting Professorship from January to March 2020 under the scheme of the TUM International Center Visiting Professor Program funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of Education, Science and the Arts.  Prof. Huang will be hosted by the TUM Chair of Analytical Food Chemsitry and give a course titled „Evidence-based Functional Foods“ (5 ECTS) for the study programs  MSc Food Chemistry, MSc Nutrition and Biomedicine as well as Master of Education.

The National University of Singapore is ranked 11 worldwide in the current QS World University Rankings 2020 as the best University in Asia (together with the NTU also located in Singapore). Prof. Huang multiply has been  listed among the „highly cited researchers” in the Agricultural Sciences (Thomson) and published four papers jointly with the Chair of Analytical Food Chemistry.
