Kick-off Meeting in Freising/ Germany 22nd – 23rd October 2015
On Tuesday 22nd of October the representatives of the 8 collaborating partner organizations came together for their first meeting on the TUM campus of Weihenstephan. The conference started with introductory presentations of the attending persons and their delegating organizations. After the illustration of the project structure, the actual situation of succession processes in family farms in each represented country was introduced. Setting the timeline, allocating the corresponding tasks and the introduction of the redbooth project management platform completed the first day of session. A joint dinner and social evening raised the spirits after long meeting hours and established the affiliation of the consortium members.
During the first part of the second day´s session the project budget as well as monitoring, evaluation, management and reporting procedures were determined. The following part set the dissemination and exploitation framework and concluded the Kick-off meeting with a Q&A session and the meeting evaluation.
The next transnational meeting will take place in Spain in April 2016.
