RISE - Graduate School Risk and Security under review by the DFG
A Proposal to the Excellence Initiative by the German federal and state governments to promote top-level research at German universities
The proposed Graduate School Risk and Security (RISE) at Technische Universität München (TUM) fosters research and education to develop innovative ways of understanding and managing tomorrow's risks. At the center of RISE's interdisciplinary activities are real-world problems of risk analysis and management. RISE's faculty is working closely with renowned researchers from international partner universities and experts from industry. RISE is currently under review in the first funding line of the German Federal Excellence Initiative.
